I wanted to take the time to write and describe my most excellent experience working with Ashley McIntosh of Douglas Elliman. I started working with another area Realtor when I began my property search earlier this year in March. That association just didn’t seem to be working as I would expect. Subsequently, I discovered Ashley and it has been Nirvana ever since.
Intelligence and efficiency are two qualities I admire most in business people and Ashley possesses both in bucket loads. I haven’t had to worry or be concerned about a single issue —Ashley has been on top of them all, guiding me through the process of out-of-state house buying effortlessly. She knows the process, has the local connections and knows the market so as to be able to provide solid opinions and helpful suggestions. And, her engaging personality and optimistic, can-do attitude make her a true pleasure to work with on a personal level.
My house closes in a week and seriously, my only regret is not being in the position to buy another home in order to recommence working with Ashley all over again! Douglas Elliman is indeed fortunate to have such a talented person representing them!
